It can be used as a hot, cold or dry wound and injury dressing for horses. The poultice contains boric acid and tragacanth, and is available in a hoof pad size of 6 inches. The non-woven cover design helps prevent it from adhering to wounds, while the thick cotton wool padding conforms to any area for maximum comfort and protection.
